Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for all our guests.
While we love animals, pets are only allowed in the 2-bedroom suites or the cottages. In the café, pets are welcome at our alfresco area, also under the supervision of their furparents.

Please note that all confirmed bookings are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or changes, payment made shall not be refunded.
However, rebooking may be requested at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date; otherwise, payment shall be forfeited.
a.) In case of cancellation and/or changes made within the allowable period, rebooking may be done.
b.) Rebooking may only be allowed once and is valid within a three (3) month period; subject to room availability and prevailing room rates on the desired new date/s shall apply.
